Point taken. In connection with Supporting People, though, more data are
required in some cases than for an "ordinary" tenancy agreement. For
instance, a person may need support to prevent recurrences of anti-social
behaviour and it may be relevant for the prospective landlord to be
informed of previous behaviour. Each case has to be treated on its merits.
