A colleague has asked about the data protection implications of schools
supplying information on predicted grades and previous performance to the
College before pupils leave school at 16 to smooth the passage of the pupil
to College e.g. to make sure that the student is pre-enrolled on a realistic
programme of study.
Does anyone know (a) whether this is happening? (b)What are the Data
Protection issues?
Thanks
