I suspect this may turn into a "Friday afternoon" question, even though it's
only Tuesday...
Does anybody have any thoughts on who arbitrates in questions of accuracy of
data following an SAR? Suppose a Data Subject makes a SAR, the organisation
dutifully fulfils it and supplies the information, and then the DS says the
data isn't accurate but the organisation is convinced the data IS accurate.
Who decides?
Stuart
