Hi,
I am dealing with a subject access request for a person who is mentioned
as a 3rd party several times in reports from internal investigations,
disciplinary proceedings, etc. In each case, the reference amounts only
to a couple of sentences out of several pages.
Given the nature of the references and the circumstances in which they
were made, consent for disclosure is unlikely (I'm not really thinking
of asking for it). I would not want to disclose the whole documents
anyway, but disclosing one or two sentences on a page from a document
whose source I can't disclose either except in a general way seems
ridiculous.
Am I missing something ?
