There is absolutely nothing to stop your local authority offering to sell
the District Valuer a copy of the published Electoral Register at the normal
published price.
To do so will result in a win-win situation that enables the DV to keep the
number of "Dear Occupier" letters down, whilst generating extra income for
Pembroke.
