Can anyone help me?
I believe that legal retention period for sickness records is approximately 5
yrs and for payroll and tax is 6yrs.
Can anyone point to the legislation that sets out these requirements?
Is there any legislation pointing out retention periods for other records such
as accident and injury? And, finally, am I right in assuming that there are no
legal requirements covering retention of application forms, references (rec'd
and given) and appraisals - that it is down to best practice?
