It's all about processing the personal data for a reason other than
which the data was supplied. For example, if my email address is on my
website so people can contact me about LINX business, it's not
legitimate processing to scrape that email address and sell it to third
parties, who process it again to Spam me about penis enlargement (or
whatever).
