Hi,
The message did say they are not a "secret". There is software out there that
will generate random BUT correct credit card numbers. What you are doing is
asking us to give you the missing link between credit card number and its owner.
Here is blatant commercial plug. Littlewoods, Index, whatever it is called
catalogue/shop thing, advertises a Rexel cross cut shreder for just under 40 GBP.
If you are concerned about receipts, bank statements 'n similar there is the
right thing to do :-)
