If people found my 'Dear Sir or Madam' suggestion as flippant and/or
offensive then I apologise.
The case that I referred to is an interesting, and recent (5th Nov 2002),
development. I hope that people will not be distracted by the resulting
e-mails, such that they miss the opportunity to review it, if it is likely
to be relevant to their work.
These links have an habit of changing, so if you intend looking at it then I
suggest that you do it sooner rather than later. Sorry that it's the full
case rather than a summary. It is the only one that I could find that you do
not need a subscription for.
