My understanding is that you can weed after receiving SAR if its part of
your normal file review process.
Say you receive SAR on 29th of the month and don't get around to pulling
all data together for response till say the 25th of the following month.
You can process data as normal in the interim, including adding to or
removing as appropriate.
So if you always weed files on the 1st of every month that would be OK -
but only the data that you would normally remove as part of that review
process, of course!
I think otherwise it might actually be an offence to destroy/remove data
after receiving SAR - and a breach of seventh principle???
