Four of the five (central government) pilots made their publication
schemes available on their websites, also PRO have put guidance notes based
on how they went about it, which I've found very useful.
The fifth pilot (MoD) still doesn't appear to be available though the
consultation period is over now? I e-mailed and asked for a copy but had
nothing back.

Also 'Publication Schemes: Summary of Responses' on IC's website, Dec 2001,
and there's some useful info on the Irish Commissioner's website about how
they brought FoI in there, at www.irlgov.ie/oic
Though I guess we're all in the dark on this really, Kirsty.
