We have had difficulty calculating the appropriate number of hours annual
leave allowance for support workers employed via payroll who work a variable
number of hours each week, during term-time only. Could anyone suggest
appropriate formulae for calculating annual leave and the resulting % "on
costs" to be charged to the LEA?
