I'm looking at creating some kind of Code of Practice on direct marketing for our Council, to cover services like theaters and sports facilities.
A Local Authority example, but I'm sure the same pressure to pull in money applies to us all !
Given the nature of this issue I expected there to be plenty of good advice available .................. but having looked in the obvious places (OIC, telecom regs, previous postings) they analysis I can find seems a bit patchy.
Is anyone aware of any further guidelines that might point me in the right direction ?
