Try the Home Office data protection pages at
www.homeoffice.gov.uk/foi/datprot.htm
There is a section - Data Protection Act 1998: Subordinate Legislation which
lists them.

Subject: List of Statutory Instruments
Does anyone have a list of all the SIs that are in force under the 1998 DPA,
or know where one can be found?
I keep coming across interesting little bits - like para 5 of SI 2000 No.
185 which says you have to keep a record of your reasons if you get personal
data from a third party and then rely on 'disproportionate effort' not to
tell the Data Subject what you are doing - and I'm afraid of maybe missing
others.
