To further support Peter's view - the 'Introduction to the FOI Act 2001'
(Feb 2001, off the IC website) provided by the IC specifically states:
"A request by an individual for information about himself will be exempt
under the FOI Act and will continue to be handled as a 'subject access
request' under the DP Act'. (see page 11).
