I would not read any reasons as to why the identity has to be concealed. In
DP terms the teacher has to have her privacy safeguarded ... irrespective of
what might/might not happen to her. The problem is it would be the head
master calling the social services so s/he is more identifiable.
I think ... (no clear thoughts at this time of day) ... a better approach
would be for the teacher to discuss directly with social services what she
sees and depending on the basis of their advice continue or let it be. She
does not have to disclose who the pupil is and so on.
