Faye,
The Employers' Forum has some of the large banks as members.
We have a service called Connect. Basically, if an individual feels they have been discriminated against, or treated unfairly, by one of our members, we can speak to someone in the organisation and see if they can resolve it with the individual. We do not mediate, but match the individual with someone in the organisation so hopefully it can be looked into and resolved.
Without knowing the details, it may be that the organisation has not made adjustments in the testing procedure and they may wish to relook at her scores with this in mind.
If the graduate, or yourself, wants to contact me directly and provide some details we can see what we can do from this end.
Regards,
Richard Southorn
