Ian,
If contributions were received from non NADO members, would they still get a
copy of the report findings?

Subject: NMH
Questions are often being asked on the use of non-medical helpers.Training
and rates of pay for NMH are high on the list of questions
although the administration of the NMH for example is high on the
agenda of other interest groups. This is not an issue for HE alone and is
of particular concern for those working in the FE sector.
NADO would like to address some of the employment issues, which are
of a major concern to those working in the field. I would be grateful if
you would let me know in brief what it is you do in your institution. I will
collate the information and produce a report, which will be disseminated
on the NADO web site. If you have any particular concerns then please
let me know these too. AND should you know/ have thoughts on how
issues could be solved then again I would be most interested in your
thoughts.
