Distance learners became eligible for DSAs as a result of
amendments to the regs as follows:
undergrads from 21 November
post-grads from 11 December.
So the mode of study isn't an issue. The level (or other
characteristics) of the course might be. But if it would be eligible
when run in a more cenventionally attended manner, then there is
no problem.
