"raining" because you need to knock 'em out in large numbers I
presume. Can those who are looking at either the training content
or employment contracts of DSA-related support staff, keep NADO
informed. We are interested in such groups and have already been
asked to intervene on behalf of one such worker to sort out his
payments from an LEA.
I've never disguised my own view that many such workers, who
have been sucked into the process for all sorts of reasons, "enjoy"
some pretty appalling working conditions. They also have a
bewildering range of "qualifications", and we all know that HE
believes its own propaganda on this. The better the qualification the
more you're worth. So perhaps this is where we should begin. (This
does not mean I advocate degrees in note-taking.)
If anyone cares enough, or is simply interested enough, to work
with us on this, contact Rachel.
