In my view - it is the test of 'easily retrievable' - is it filed in a
manner which makes them so - probably not if bundled together -and then the
question is why arent they filed on the individual's personnel file - so you
dont have to disclose the info?
I think it is better to be open about such matters as after all what are you
trying to hide?
