This comes under Miscellaneous exemptions - Legal Rights Disclosure where
the disclosure is "otherwise necessary for the purposes of establising,
exercising or defending legal rights" i.e. the Child Support Agency has a
legal right to collect maintenance from absent fathers/mothers.
