As to Modernising Govt - the DPC is apparently watching this closely as Data
Protection and Modernising Govt seem to be completely at odds with each
other. If I hear of anything I will let you know but if you look on the
DPC's Website - Type in Modernising Govt - Elizabeth France has written a
paper on this.
