Back on this subject - I tried to access www.192.com again and although it
states in my account profile that I have 18 free hits left - when I try and
key my name in - it tells me I need to upgrade my membership (at a cost!!)
I have e-mailed them to ask why I cannot access the site and here we are a
week later - no reply! Does seem very "iffey" to me.
It does make you wonder though - could be couples living apart through
domestic violence etc. and do not want to be traced - surely this site must
come under some scrutiny from someone in power somewhere???? There must be
something in the law which states that this should not be made readily
available even if it is compiled in some country which does not identify
with our laws.
France managed to get Yahoo to stop French citizens being able to access the
site selling nazi memorabillia as it was against their laws. What's
happening to "Back the Act"...?
