As I read it, a data subject would be entitled to the information we
hold in our records for a fee of stlg10. However, there is no
stipulation that we have to produce the information in the form
of a transcript. So unless you actually keep a copy of each
transcript in a student's personal file, you could charge stlg10 for the
data in the form of eg a computer print-out, or whatever you
normally charge to put that in the form of an official transcript
with University logo/crest, signature or whatever else confirms its
authenticity.
