Could someone advise me whether an extended warranty lasts for the real time
stated e.g. Nov - Nov, or only until the student finishes the course
(whenever that is over the summer). One angle is that the LEA/DSA have paid
for the warranty and that so long as the ex-student continues to abide by
the warranty then should it not be covered. Also, who has agreed to notify
the supplier?

'For the duration of the course the supplier will support the students IT
needs for the relevant equipment supplied by them. However should the
student terminate the course of their own volition, or be asked to leave
prior to the end of the course, the supplier will be notified and all their
liabilities will cease.
Other arrangements may be considered with a view to making private
arrangements with the supplier to continue warranty, but this will be at the
supplier’s discretion.'
