Hi Deborah,
As Maya said DARAS are good on Part 3. Their newsletter 'DARAS News' has
details of new cases.
Skill deals with the implications of the DDA on post-16 education. We will
shortly be publishing an up-to-date edition of 'A guide to the Disability
Discrimination Act' for colleges and universities. The one we currently sell
was written in 1996 and costs £4. DDA developments are also covered in the
'Skill Newsletter' and the 'Skill Journal', available by subscription or
free to members. Contact Sue Beckford about Skill publications or membership
- [log in to unmask], 0171 450 0648. Also watch out for a series of Skill
seminars on the DDA, planned for the next academic year. Contact Sally
Thompson about Skill conferences and seminars - [log in to unmask], 0171 450

Other good sources of information include:
- 'Education Law Monitor', Monitor Press Ltd, Tel: 01787 378 607, Fax: 01787

- 'Employers Update' (on the Employment provisions of the DDA), Employers'
Forum on Disability, Tel/Min: 0171 403 3020
- 'RADAR Bulletin', RADAR, [log in to unmask], Tel: 0171 250 3222
Hope this helps.
Yours
