We are looking at setting up a central database which can be used by staff
when seeing clients both on and off council premises.
If anybody has already implemented the above or has any comments I would
appreciate your input.
We are particularly interested in any protocols/procedures you use, the
information you are storing, who decides on if the information should be
stored and who has access to the information.
