I went to last year's conference and I think my institution was only
one of two HEIs represented. Delegates were mostly from local authorities.
However, with the exception of a couple of sessions, I found it extremely
valuable. I understand the organisers are taking into account areas of
concern to HEIs in drawing up the programme this year although these often
coincide with other public sector bodies.
