Edwina,
I am interested in the justification of retention for 7 years for
ex-employees records as being the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996. Does
that work for all employees? Do you know what the final recommendations on
record retention of the Employer/Employee Code of Practice are going to be?
The content of an ex employees record also seems to be an issue. Are you
aware, or have you done any work on that?
Ian W.
