And what if it is your practice to take holidays where clothing is optional
on beaches, such as Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, etc, and you show a naked
adult. And then if you show a naked child? I am talking about wholly
innocent, non provocative nudity. Factual not titillating.

If I take a picture on my holidays then I too would assume it comes under
"domestic purposes". However, as I pointed out to the person who made this
point to me off-list, what if my picture is of such wonderful artistic merit
(oh! If only!) that I decide to submit it for a competition and it is
exhibited, or published in a magazine?
This is why this area isn't as cut and dried as some people have been trying
to suggest.

Would the photographs taken by this artist qualify under the special
purposes, assuming the artist believed that to comply with the provisions
would be incompatible with what he was trying to achieve. it seems to
provide an exemption from substantial parts of the act, including the right
to prevent processing.
As for tourist photographs, would this not come under domestc purposes,
assuming that it is a recreational purpose?
