Thanks Tim. Yes it appears as though the IC advice is wrong. Will this mean
that if I can't describe a particular piece of information, but suspect it
may be causing me problems (say it turns out to be an unsolicited letter from a
council officer to my landlord) I'll never be able to find out what was said?
DPA won't help me get it from my landlord either, because it may not be in a
structured file, even if the focus is on my biography - as per Durant.
