Hi,
I was just wondering, as someone raised it with me, are there any issues
around harvesting tweets from customers or service users and using them
in a tool such as Storify? The purpose of doing so is to create
qualitative data to help assess the success of a pilot project we are
running. I am assuming that as the tweets are public, there is no issue
with us 'storing' them somewhere. I can understand it would be a
different matter with locked accounts. Other than that, surely there
should be no issue here? Anyone have any thoughts?
