We don't keep information about ASBOs, as they are mostly given to the
younger age group. However our own retention time for people given
probation orders is 7 years after the expiry of the order, which allows
for 6 years to issue proceedings and 1 to pursue them

[data-protection] Retention Guidelines
Hi
Does anyone know of any guidelines which cover the length of time
information relating to Anti-Social behaviour cases (those which may or
may not end up in any action being taken) should be kept for?
I have heard everything from 3 to 5 to 7 years from last action!
Many Thanks
Mrs Sara-Jane Newbon
