Have a look at SAW (Switch Access to Windows). YOu can download a demo
(vsersion 2) or beta test (version 3) from our web site.
There are also versions of Ke:Nx (Discover Switch), EZKeys (Words +, Windows
Switch (AU Enterprises) WiviK form Liberator, and Hands Free (Foundation for
Communication for the Disabled, FCD). I don't count clicker as being in the
same group. Price range shareware to 1000 pounds, take your pick

Talking screen for Windows (Cambridge Adaptive - Words+), WinSpeak (FCD),
WindBag (FCD) and GUS (Spandex) are all Windows communication systems.
Dynavox do a DOS version of the communicator system from Sentient Systems
(Dynamic Abilities)
