Hi Owen
I may be wrong but I believed Article 9(2)(h) to relate to information collected or provided as part of say occupational health, or other assessment on an employee's capability with regards to work.
The minutes I mention relate to confidential minutes taken during a mediation session.
Regards
Darren

Might Article 9(2)(h) pry the gateway open a little?
