Hello
The housing trust I work for organise lots of community events and often take photos/videos of attendees. We have a consent form which people complete (their consent will only last a couple of years) but when taking a photo or video, of say 10 people, could we use one form and get them all to complete it? I'm a bit concerned that the 10 people would be disclosing their details (name, signature, contact details) to the whole group, or am I overthinking this?
Any advice appreciated.
Thank you
Mel
