But that only applies to providing a copy and you would still need to do the work to provide s7 access e.g. by inspection.
Or does it? There ARE contentious court decisions which seek to apply disproportionate effort to finding. ICO does not like this and has made it clear he does not think that applies to his jurisdiction, if he has to exercise it, but only to the exercise of a court's discretion if they are asked to deal with an SAR under s7(9)
