Hello
In the NHS we have to adhere to the DOH records retention schedules and they state:
subject access requests and access to health records to be kept for 3 years following last action

Subject: [data-protection] Subject Access Request Responses & Data Retention
Hi All
Morning. Could I ask how long you keep the responses to subject access requests for please? I am tasked with updating our document retention and disposal policy and would like to include this document type in the policy. At the moment we keep them for 6 years.
Thanks very much.
Kind Regards
Kate
