I too have had issue with getting "typing tuition" recommended for a
student whose dexterity is impaired by medication. The assessor didn't
think we'd get 1:1 NMH for this out of SFE even though the student has
tried a computer programme without any joy... I passed this back to
student and didn't pursue it further and I'm awaiting further medical
evidence although the existing evidence is clear visual-motor skills are
affected...
