Hi Amy
Just to throw spanners in works, there are also parental rights to specified curricular / educational information found in SI 2005/1437 and SI 2008/1737.
The regulations do not feature any exemption that allows the exclusion of an estranged parent from the right of access (perhaps oddly, they don't even allow pupils to object to a parent accessing their info!) but crucially does provide some detail as to the scope of the resulting entitlement. The 2005 regs in particular list the items to be included in a Head Teacher's annual report and this does not include any address or other domestic contact details.
Accordingly, it would seem reasonable to provide the level of info seemingly mandated by these regs, sans any information that would identify the pupil's home.
Regards,
Owen
