Ha ha! Oh dear. I don't know where I got that from then.
To attempt the actual question though, my feeling is that if they're court appointed they're effectively acting with the authority of the court and, as such, you'd be looking to disclose to them in the same way you would if an ordinary individual came to you with a court order?
I have Guardian Ad Litem's in mind on this though which may be different.
