Subject: [data-protection] SARs - 'reasonable' to disclose
Hi all
With regard to third party data in subject access requests, the Act says you do not have to comply with the request if to do so would mean disclosing information about another individual who can be identified from that information, except where:
.... "it is reasonable in all the circumstances to comply with the request without that individual's consent" ... . Would any of you know whether there is any case law on the definition of 'reasonable' please?
Thanks very much.
Kind Regards
Kate Glanville
