On ATQuote, use the 'New Item' option to add the item details to the site, and
then email the suppliers to ask them to let you know when they have added their
prices. The item can then be selected as normal, and you can be assured that
the quotes are like-for-like.
Unlike when you are adding items on CQS, the item will remain in the inventory
which will save time if assessors wish to recommend it in the future. In
addition, the site will retain a record of the item, which, given the recent
data collection exercise on the equipment that has been recommended, may be a
useful reference in the future.
