Not if some councils are protecting their black as soot reputations by
seeking to remove employees' statutory querying rights - which in my opinion
sends out entirely the WRONG message. Google Cheshire West and Chester
Council and Brent Council's behaviour.
Also, not if the First Tier Information Tribunal places the data privacy
rights of two abusing senior officers (working for Wirral Council) ABOVE the
future wellbeing of abused learning disabled people (who were relentlessly
attacked over a 7 year period), whilst the whistleblower concerned was
forced out of his job and onto the dole...

How on earth can "necessary information sharing" be achieved in the face of
this conduct by the established authorities, legal, regulatory or municipal?
ps. Although "public servants" one and all, the ICO blog appears, like my
local council leader, not to allow public input
