But "COM 1C" says it belongs to Jimmy Tarbuck, and I also have a
personalised plate that's pretty recognisable (but clearly I don't
mind).
As for car parks, the only one I've had to enter this
"non-transferability" data into required just the number.
Which in my case, like Jimmy Tarbuck, is "1". That means I could
transfer such a ticket to him with impunity, of course!
