Hi,
I am running a short project for the Customer Services department at Warwick University Library. The objective is to review existing online and physical provison and to look at how we can improve accessibility and ensure that students feel that they are getting an excellent service from the library.
At least part of the exercise is to look at the customer service element as well as simply provision of specialist hardware and software. We are also hoping to make our fairly basic website more accessible.
My questions are
- are there HE institutions that are particularly known as being innovative and really good at inclusion in their libraries?
- does anyone know of any particular innovations, approaches that have been particularly successful
Thank you
