Cambium Technology have reduced the price of Kurzweil 3000 Literacy Support software for the Education market in the UK. The price has been reduced from £725 to £240 for a single user license. Historically Kurzweil3000 has been viewed as a high quality literacy support programme, but over the years it has become hard to justify for a student due to the significant price difference from the other (also very good) software titles in this area. I am aware that there are many assessors who would like to recommend K3000, so hopefully this price reduction will allow them to do so.

I have authorisation to offer all Assessors an evaluation copy of Kurzweil 3000. This will take the form of a Web License, which is a flexible way of managing the license. Anyone who wishes to download an evaluation license can contact us at [log in to unmask] leaving their name, contact details, Assessment Centre and most importantly email address and I will arrange for a download link to be sent out.

We will be exhibiting at the SFE Road shows, so anyone who has not seen the product can visit us there.
