I can confirm from our perspective we do have the combination of the below in relation to performance management and improvement in relation to this given areas. All of which come through me. I will send profiles etc. What I would like to ask on the back of this is does anyone have a structure where you have Head of Information Governance and Security (DP/FOI/Records Management/EDMS/Security/Training etc) and do you have as part of this a solicitor in-house?
