The ICO has just issued a press release asking for common sense to prevail over Google
Street view. David Evans states that " .....putting images of people on Google Street View
is very unlikely to formally breach the Data Protection Act ..." adn that removing the
service would be disproportionate to the "relatively small risk of privacy detriment:
